Someone called Vira (short for viral?) from Phart (silly fart joke seems like a mistake for a photographic art sales site) has been joining online photo communities and using the personal message mechanisms to try and recruit people to Phart.
Most site managers have been removing Vira's membership in response.
Not off to a good start in the credibility stakes.
