They should have put an attribution with either a hot link or the page address to your photo at the bottom of the photo by way of attribution.
It's a common complaint - people aren't taking the time to read licenses when it comes to Creative Commons.
I would get in touch with the YouTube video creator and ask that he re-do the video and add your information to a credits screen at the end or to the image itself -- whichever you'd prefer.

Thanks Chris, but how do I find out if they HAVE attributed me?
You used CC-BY-SA license for that image on flickr.
They dont have to ask for your permission, they are required to give you attribution.
btw, I have nothing to do with that, just saw the link on Laurens blog. :D
