So looks like an old feature re-positioned or a new feature altogether? One things for sure, it has a distinct youtube look and feel, and given the recent introduction of video on flickr, you've got to wonder what the staff at flickr HQ are thinking?
the "blog this" button is still there though - more redundancy built in, which flickr has always had. the embed and url html are just straight from the all sizes button, except it's set at the "medium size" (500 x 333 px). i like it, personally.
