Adobe Photoshop Express

Well it will certainly be a fun tool for the amateur and serious amateur alike, some good editing tools, all fairly intuitive, for someone like me. Not quite high end enough and unlike flickr there appears to be NO social component to the app, other than the ability to link one's facebook or photobucket account to it.

Two gig of free usage seems OK, haven't dug around the fine print yet to see where and how they may charge for the service?

you might be interested in what my friend albert discovered in the TOS.

after some comments in photophlow, i did some mild digging, and came up with these two T+C's:

"Please note that when you share Your Content, your User Name and Personal URL is made public, and recipients may in the future be able to share Your Content with others, add Your Content to their own accounts, and make photographic prints of Your Content."

"Adobe does not claim ownership of Your Content. However, with respect to Your Content that you submit or make available for inclusion on publicly accessible areas of the Services, you grant Adobe a worldwide, royalty-free, nonexclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable license to use, distribute, derive revenue or other remuneration from, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, publicly perform and publicly display such Content (in whole or in part) and to incorporate such Content into other Materials or works in any format or medium now known or later developed."

the future is, indeed, alor.

I am sure this will be tres useful in helping me to edit the 4x5s I just put through the flextight *rolls eyes at useless crap*
