There's been some stirrings at JPGMAG.com. Derek and Heather have moved on from the magazine.
It is strange yet heartening to see such a public display of quasi-corporate machinations and politics. I did have an account there but it was never a major focus of my creative energies so I've deleted it, in true flickr fashion there is even a pool of images of screen-grabs that people have taken as they delete theirs.

Yeah, I agree with ziz. It's all seems to me like one lot of greedy rich people fighting with another lot of greedy rich people. Ultimately let's hope they eat each other.

My comments were more from an observational stand point more than anything else.
yeah, fair enough, isnt this kind of like the conga line of suckholes latham once referred to... what is the cause? integrity? whose?

The fact that people with limited business skills tripped over themselves in a confused moment when each of them thought it was "theirs" doesn't really surprise me at all.
They changed its history? .. yeah well, lets worry more about if they were to misrepresent content, steal private information, start wars or all the other stuff that corporations can do.
Im not trying to take an anti-anti stand, but really didnt quite get the point of this apparent backlash.
